First Response Maintenance
Complete maintenance service on an "as needed" basis; including heating and air conditioning, appliances, plumbing, electrical problems, and miscellaneous maintenance services.
Annual Maintenance Service
Complete walk-through inspections quarterly with on-the-spot corrections made immediately; HVAC filters changed as needed; garbage disposals un-jammed; toilets/drains unstopped; light bulbs replaced and circuit breakers reset. Service call charges reduced for homeowners.
Housekeeping Services
Daily or departure maid service, including linen rental, available to owners and guests; as well as annual, spring and fall "deep" cleaning.
Carpet & Furniture Cleaning
Shampoo or steam cleaning and scotch guarding at the request of the owners.
